Not an accurate one, and we would rather not guess. Every frame, profile and glass thickness is different, so we come out, measure the actual window, and give you a written quote. The visit is free and there is no obligation.

Do you send a sales person

No. We employ no sales people, which means no commission is added to your price.

My windows have gone misty inside. Can that be fixed

The sealed unit has failed, and replacing the unit is the cheapest and cleanest cure. The existing frame usually stays exactly as it is.

Do you only replace whole windows

Accepted Answer

No. Most jobs are repairs, covering handles, locks, hinges, panels and glass units. We only quote for a new window or door when a repair is not economical.

Are you registered with a competent person scheme

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rob is a member of Assure, a government authorised Competent Person Scheme, so replacement windows and doors can be self certified against the Building Regulations and registered for you.

What guarantees do I get

Accepted Answer

Windows are guaranteed for 10 years. Fascias, soffits and guttering carry a 20 year guarantee against discolouration, and roofline work carries an insurance backed guarantee.
