A failed unit does not mean a new window. The frame stays, the glass is renewed. This is the same job, before and after.
Condensation between the panes is the seal letting go, not the window failing. Once the unit is replaced the frame carries on exactly as it was, and the view comes back the same day.

This set was repaired on a static caravan in Cornwall. The caravan never moved, the frame stayed where it was, and the doors run properly again.
Patio doors take a lot of use over a season, and on a coastal pitch the salt air does the rest. Once the gear wears the door starts to catch, and most people assume the whole set has to come out. It rarely does.
